industry procedures and standards and driving debates within
local government and throughout relevant industry sectors
SSA is considered to be one of the main information centres
for the industry and is also used by consumers using the industry
for the first time to offer advice where necessary
SSA represents its members and co-ordinates discussions with
relevant sectors and, where necessary will lead discussions for
the benefit of the industry
